Next month, the school system's 51,000 students could be banned from wearing sagging, underwear-baring trousers that are all the rage among the city's youth.

I think that's been a long time coming! I saw a news story one evening on WSB about baggy pants. they showed one boy and his pants were down so low he was having to hold them up with one hand, which looked ridiculous!

It's a shame really. Government shouldn't have to get involved because some parents are too lazy to make sure their kids are dressing halfway decent.
