More than 6,800 properties in the 13 core counties of metro Atlanta — from Gwinnett to Fulton to Bartow counties — were advertised for auction Tuesday, a record-setting number, up 49 percent from the same month last year.

Ya'll. no what a TAD is? Thats a Tax Advantage District. That's what Lie mar will give to his developer buddies. This way ya'll get to subsidize their ventures!
That's part of what the poor folks south of us are loosing their homes about.

6,800 properties foreclosed, that is terrible and very sad for the homeowners.

There's more and more foreclosures listed in the paper every week. The sad thing is that some of those people should have never gotten loans in the first place.
