Wellll, I took a gander at that other forum y'all was talkin about. Nice site, but there sure does seem to be a lot of bickerin goin on. I spose that's what can happen when your posts reveal who you are and someone digs up dirt from the past. It took the old coot a while, but I figured out that a few here are members there as well, hence the carryin over post. Best I know, I do not know anyone on this or the other forum personally, but I do know this: Not one of us here on this earth are perfect. We have all made mistakes in our lifetime. If I remember my Bible correctly, it says to 'let he without sin, cast the first stone'. It also says that 'we are not to judge'. After readin the forums through, it sure does appear that lots of stones are bein cast and some have taken on God's role of judgement. The most confusin part of this, is that most involved profess to be Christians.  When you quote Biblical Scripture in one topic, and then drag someone down in another, what is this saying to the Unsaved and Non Believers who might be readin?? Somethin to think about. |

Old Coot.. I guess thats why I kept my mouth shut about politics for so long.. its started out as SHOULD Georgia Taxpayers pay for DNA testing.. or what does DFACS do.. and many different feelings came along as post and such got deeper.. as for judgement... I dont think anyone is a saint, but people can profess what bad they have done and seen and been in and what good came from it to make the world better cant they?.. you are here judging others as well.. but I do understand your point.. and maybe I missed the factor of bickering over religions and pointing out who Gods workers are.. or at least trying to be.. as well.
I dont do politics well.. maybe someone on here is right.. whats the use? Why bother? Who cares right?

Fairy, I never said anything about someone professin and tellin what THEY have been through and overcome. Praise God that people ARE able to overcome problems within their lives!!
Sorry, but I can not see my post as layin judgement on anyone. Only tryin to get some to let their light shine!!
Floss, you are right. If the Spirit is not there, it's only empty words.
I have not signed up there yet. I only joined here a few days ago and have spent most of my time readin between the two.

Fairy, the day that I signed up, I was going through topics from first to last. Some were talkin here about somethin bein carried over from the other forum. I asked where that forum was at, and someone told me. It took me a while, but I found what they were referrin to.

Use the http/ url to add your avitar out of photobucket. There are 3 options. You will see the http one to use. Go to your profile click the modify and wa la paste it and there is your avitar.
