please help me out here. if you are allowed to brown bag to establishments how does affect the open container law or is there no open container law in georgia? I may be wrong but I think it's okay to have bottles that have been opened as long as they're out of the drivers reach. |

Yes, I am pretty sure that is the truth. Our problem is, the bottles really should be kept in the trunk. we do not own a car (and we have 5) that has a back seat or a trunk.

Well, we take already opened bottles with us, so they are open when we go into the restaurant and open when we leave the restaurant!
