please help me out here. if you are allowed to brown bag to establishments how does affect the open container law or is there no open container law in georgia? I may be wrong but I think it's okay to have bottles that have been opened as long as they're out of the drivers reach.

Yes, I am pretty sure that is the truth. Our problem is, the bottles really should be kept in the trunk. we do not own a car (and we have 5) that has a back seat or a trunk.

We will ride the go carts...... We won't be able to get there until about 6:00. But lilred is looking forward to it, she will be delighted your girls will be there.

Well, we take already opened bottles with us, so they are open when we go into the restaurant and open when we leave the restaurant!
