A lot of those names have been mentioned in the local rumors. Did you also notice a certain Zell Miller? That's right, his name is there on the stock report. Makes a person wonder.

Do you think that this will affect the "Wal-Mart" invasio o ris this deal just a bump in the road?
I am very glad that in the investors listed by the NC Attorney General aren't any names local or that I recognize.
We were better off as Union County Bank if you ask me..........................

Do you think that this will affect the "Wal-Mart" invasio o ris this deal just a bump in the road? I am very glad that in the investors listed by the NC Attorney General aren't any names local or that I recognize. We were better off as Union County Bank if you ask me.......................... I'll have to disagree with you on that. The same people running the show - just easier to hide things with less public scrutiny. |

I agree with ya there. They used to be a great bank, everything was taken care of by people you know and they would do their best to earn your business. Now they are a big company and they only care about helping other big companies. |

That's what I am wondering coosa. The way our economy is I think it will probably drop even more before it picks back up again.
