Anyone know of a site where we can check local restaurants health scores online? I've seen some pretty bad scores at a few places recently.

Excellent idea, I have advocated that before to the Sentinel. You know how far that got, (well we might upset someone and lose an ad). I have seen that in the White County paper in the past. They also included the reasons for the pos. or neg. score and some of it would make you puke. I'm sure that the admin. will see this and hopefully include it here. You sure won't see it in the NGN. Thats' what is so great about this site, its the only venue to get the news/truth that not available elsewhere.

The Sentinel has rarely had any advertisers to lose. Some of the scores are shocking.

They sure are, some of them are borderline of being shut down.

I wonder what the score is for the Burger King. I went in there last week and was appalled.

I don't eat there very often. It's supposed to be fast food but if there's more than 2 cars at the drive thru you can count on waiting at least ten minutes. I think drive thru restaurants should be required to post their health reports on the drive thru windows so customers can see them. I ate supper at the huddle house a few days ago and their health score was 99.

I was sickened the other day when my daughter wanted Subway for lunch. We went in & the score was an 85!!! OMG!!!! We're out of there! How can they still be open with that score? When does a place get put on lock down until things get cleaned up??

I think it has to be below 70 maddy but I'm not sure. You'd think the owner/manager would be embarassed to have to display a score that low and do some maintenance. I love Subway sandwiches but our local one has really went downhill.
