Ruby, ;DSonny just walked past and saw the pic. He stopped, asked who's it was and I told him your new granddaughter. He said Well, tell her congratulations, she's awfully purdy, and I'd be willin' to go up there and trade her a big ol'catfish for her!"  Tell Sonny "Thank You' and I that I said to catch a big ol' catfish and ya'll come on up...he can hold our baby girl while supper's cookin'! Thanks Nat...I will!! I plan on spendin' as much time as possible with my babies!!  |

Cricket's uncle is doing better than first thought. He's at home but can only get up out of his recliner to go to the bathroom using his walker. He's confined to that recliner the rest of the time tho and even has to sleep there. Crushed pelvis but other than that...he's ok. Babe, thanks so much for that update! I've not been at work or online over the wknd b/c of yet another death in the family!  Thanks for askin Ana. He's a stubborn man, I think that's why he's doin well. Ruby, what wonderful news! Thanks for sharin the pic w/ us. Again, God is so good!!!! So glad to hear Mama's doin fine as well! |

Please remember the Families and Friends of Hadley McClure and Bill Wilson as they deal with the loss of their loved ones.

I spoke with Paige today and Tom was resting more this weekend. Family thinks it is due to the change in pain meds. His pneumonia is doing better and he is healing well from the burn. Please continue to remember Tom and the family in prayer.

Please send up prayers for Pam Tate Anderson, her husband Stephen, and their family. I just found out this past weekend about Pam, and it breaks my heart. Pam has cancer and it has spread to her brain. Hospice has been called in to help with her care. Stephen is in the hospital with a staph infection, and they've also found a blood clot on his lung. This family definitely has a heavy burden to bear...please add them to your prayers!! |

I try to stay upbeat but I'm worried about everything. Our community, our country, and our world seems to be going in a downward spiral. I'm holding on to "pray ye one for another" with everything I've got.
