Subjects like the second coming are interesting, but don't you think we should be more concerned with the first coming? How about living in the here and now, just in case he doesn't come back any time soon? I ran across this... 1 Timothy Chapter 5: 13;25

So I was in my late 20s before I understood what an ELDER meant.. I knew that elder meant someone older than me.. but I didnt understand the CHURCH ELDERS until.. one day at church.. I asked a friend... do you think its nice that the man keeps calling out the "ELDERS".. Thats when I received the knowledge and DIFFERENCE..
The Bible mandates only two offices in the church--elders and deacons. The three terms--"pastor," "elder," and "bishop," or "overseer"--all refer to the same office. The two offices of elders and deacons exist within the local church, not as a hierarchy outside or over the local church.
