There are lots of rentals in the paper. Lots of new homes on the market that are not being sold so they are up for rent!

Uh, if we haven't sold our cabin in Helton Creek Falls, we've been tossing out the idea of renting it. It's a 3/2 that backs up to the Forest Service. Big deck, fire pit, 2 rooms up & full bath, 1 master on main, fireplace, full bath, w/d, fridge. Cute chalet!
