No wonder most people in this country get their news from the internet and tv if Norm is an example of journalistic excellence.

This thread reminds me of threads on the other b-ville site from a couple years ago when the "good editor" was known by names such as spiderman and aunt sue. Why are you posting here since you say the NGA fishwrapper is the only source for real news? You skeered or something?

Only dimwits like you would be ignorant enough call an award-winning journalist a "laughing stock" or "Pants Pooper Norm Cooper." People don't say that around town. No one says that but you. You are the laughingstocks.
He's a real man and the rest of you are nameless cowards on forums. Your stupidity is obvious by the fact that you support the likes of J-Butt-lick, J-Butt-nam and J-Butt-hanan. Butt-hanan left after Cooper humiliated him in the tax stories. Butt-lick was too scared to stay around without his hero there to protect him so he left too. Butt-nam stuck around for a little while, then he finally realized that he'd never be half the journalist (or man) Cooper is and made up some lies about another job and turned tail and fled.
Now some time has passed and Butt-lick has forgotten why he slithered away in the first place. So now he crawls back thinking he can actually challenge the commissioner? The voters of Union County will soon remind him that he is not wanted here.

I question if norm is an award winning anything.
I question that norm is a real man.
Maybe fullmoon wants to join norm in being a laughing stock also.
The voters will soon remind the commisar he's not wanted either.
The voters have already spoken on norm.
And I for one don't know any of those people you speak of, but I do know the commisar and I do know the edator. Both have done a disservice to Union County.
The editor with his MOST bias articles, slanting the news, outright manipulating the news, and covering for the commisar.
The commisar for outright lies to the people.

Cooper is fair to those that deserve it. He doesn't cater to stupid people who jsut whine when they dont get there way. A very small group of undesirables doesnt like him, but everybody reads him because he is a great writer unlike the 3 J's from the Sentinal.

If your above statement was correct then I would guess that about 95% of Union County citizens are "undesirables". Every single person that I mention Normie's name to thinks that he's a couple beers short of a six pack. Every village has it's idiot, and Blairsville's village idiot is named Norm.

I think it's very interesting that we vehemently disagree with one another about Lamar Paris. Some of us like him and some of us really, really do not. However, when it comes to Norm, we all (except for"normal") agree that he is an embarrassment to the community.

I disagree with anyone who claims Lamar is honest . He has used the good old boys To hide and seal the court records about who has been paid off with county money . This can be found but it will cost private citizens much too much money . In time it will surface but it may be too late for Union county .

As for cooper ,he is used to keep Union county in the dark . What the people don't know they can not change . We are told all is well and we are lucky to have such great leaders . Wake up Union county before Lamar bankrupts the poor .
