It is an extremely simple question with an extremely simple answer. All Justin has to do is answer yes or no. If he is so reluctant to do that then there is a huge problem here.

If he will not be straightforward about this issue, how are the voters to know whether he will be straightforward about other issues?

I do not care if he was the phantom but I do care whether or not he answers the question. Maybe he is embarrassed by the whole phantom thing. Nothing to be embarrassed about. But he should be embarrassed that he is dancing around this question in typical politician style.
