I thought I made myself clear. Here's a simple answer to your question: NO! I have never been the phantom, I am not the phantom and never will be the phantom. And now as you said, that ends it. Case closed no prisoners.

I have not refused to answer the question, I do not monitor these forums 24/7 because I have a life to attend to.

As for being condescending, I think if people compared your posts, my posts and Comm. Paris' Q & A columns, I would be the only one considered to not be condescending.

It's very disappointing that you have completely dropped your calls for everyone to be respectful and civil.

Now, here's some simple questions for you, Bluemoon:
Are you Lamar? [ ] Yes [ ] No
Are you related to Lamar? [ ] Yes [ ] No
Do you work for Lamar? [ ] Yes [ ] No
Does Lamar know about your behavior on here and would he approve if he did? [ ] Yes [ ] No

I appreciate your critique, however I'm not certain as to when I was supposedly using humor. Just to return the favor, sarcasm can get old pretty quickly.

The company I am president of is: County Publications Company Inc. a simple trip to the Sec. of State's website could have told you that.

I have made myself available, try not to abuse it. Whenever you have a serious question, don't hesitate to ask. I have always posted on here as myself, and am an open book.

I am going to expect a level of professionalism and civility in the future from all questioners.

As for the other, it really wasn't aimed at you. I do expect it, not in general but when people are asking serious questions. Trying to taunt candidates just to waste their time or evoke a reaction is not productive. I'm not saying you were doing that.

Wow this is a truly enlightening thread, you guys sure debate in a mature manner. I see both sides of the coin, Lamar is a liar and a thief, Justin is a liar and a thief. Justin comes on and admits he's incompetent, Lamar well.... haven't read his reply.


I'll vote for Gene, I was going to anyway this thread just cements my determination he's the best candidate on the ticket.

Spider and all readers , Sonny Boyer called me a while ago and told me , he did not post the message about the PHANTOM as he has no interest in running for the commissioner office . He also asked if I knew who did the posting . I do not . With all the harassing that Lamar Paris and Norman Cooper has put Sonny through , I have been told , the doctors at Piedmont hospital has stated the stress has caused Sonny to suffer another heart attack . Lamar and cooper won again and I hope they are happy . Sonny Boyer has never wanted anything more than OPEN AND HONEST government . Now , Lamar has embarrassed Sonny Boyer all the way to the governors office with lies Lamar Paris has made up about Mr. Boyer . One can only guess if the post was made by or caused to be made by Lamar Paris or Norman Cooper . They will stoop ever so low .

I can't see how you can absolutely make a decision that Gene Nelson is the best choice on the Democrat ballot. He doesn't even have a platform for the public to see, so therefore he has not made a stand on any issue. Tony and Justin have made there stands, and so has Lamar. I can tell you I have made the decision to vote against Lamar in the upcoming Primary on the Democrat ballot. As of now Gene will not be getting my vote because he hasn't showed any platform, even though I know he is a good guy. Just because he is a good guy doesn't mean he would be the best choice to run Union County. I may change my mind when I see what he says later on though.....It would have to be something other than Tony offers, because he is the best choice on the Democrat ballot overall.

I'm basing my decision on the replies of the candidates UnionIndividual,
Gene has made few replies but he's honest, he said he would like to lower taxes, he truly wants to help his fellow man however he will not commit to any one avenue because he doesn't know the finances of the county Gene has worked hard all his life like the rest of us he has run a successful business he has a wife and children that live in this community so he has the same concern that I have for future jobs and growth.
Justin admits he's young, he has no experience except his stint as a writer for the sentinel, and as a waiter (Queenbee's private joke but he was a waiter.)
Tony Dyer lost my vote at the meeting see video on front of this site Justin is to immature to run my county, again see video on front of this site, also look as the credibility of Justin's supporters the oscar guy quoted sonny then quoted him as lying would you vote for him?

I don't have to see the video on the front page to know about the meeting. What exactly did he do that seemed to step on your toes? Mention he isn't for buying that Meeks Park property? Some old lady is the one who asked him to stand up from what I saw, and I was sitting there at that meeting so I need no video. And Tony also has a wife, and kids who live in the county. He has worked hard and managed several businesses his entire life, and also has a college education that he paid for on his own. I don't think Justin is to immature by watching him either, in fact I liked what he has said on his website. And another think I am going to pick at is part of your decision on who to vote for stemmed from supporters for Justin. I think you need to leave them out of it. Justin replied and has been honest in all of his.

I am going to ask you one thing before I leave off on this post.....
