I don't believe for a minute that he was ever the phantom for two reasons: 1. The Phantom never displayed a sense of humor.
2. While the Phantom's posts were well written, they never displayed the eloquence seen with Justin's.

Justin, I think you are terrific and maybe, just maybe, you'd make a fine commissioner. Unfortunately, some of your supporters from this forum will likely lose you some votes. They are so radical, repetitious, paranoid and rabid in their beliefs and statements that they turn people off. Good luck with keeping them at bay.
