I really like Doyles but shoebooties wasn't that great IMO, the owners are a little too "political". I like to talk politics as much as the next person but not at a business!

I've only eaten at Shoebooties once - Doyle's remains my favorite even though we don't get out too often.

We've never eaten at either. Never think about those places when we are over there. I guess that is one disadvantage of being off the beaten path.

haven't been to shoebooties in a few years. Just tried doyle's last month at "open mic" night. Had a friend sing there. Liked it, but didn't realize the inside menu is diff from the outside one. Next time, I'll know better. I love aviator here in town. The owners are super nice & always very positive and food is great!
