You can get a steak cooked to how you like it. They have fried everything. They also offer non-fried vegetable and meat's. Big salad bar.

May have to give that a try next time, but I think I'm starting to run out of time, and I haven't even gotten there yet!
Bee, Thanks for the review!

Where is it?? We mostly go to restaurants that allow brown bagging.

Oh yes, I have seen all the cars there. I guess when we give a review, we should say where the restaurant is, what town??

Well, we eat at Cobb's Mill almost every night. They have a lot of Italian dishes, good pizzas and hamburgers and my husband says they have the best shrimp in town!!

Have any of you had dinner at Copperhead Lodge? Last fall Mr. C and I took our realtor and his wife to dinner there, and it was pretty good and you can brown bag, too! Our bill was 75.00 and we shared two appetizers, two of us had prime rib and two of us had baby back ribs, no desserts cause we were stuffed! The calamari was great, and prime rib was pretty darn good. Baby backs were dry rub, so it took a litte getting used to when you are used to sauce, but overall it was good and the atmosphere was nice.

I like Happy Garden, too, but will pass on the steak when I go again. It was not a very good cut and was quite chewy and not that much flavor.

Happy Garden steaks are small and chewy, BB. I didn't post that because I thought it might have just been me. I tried their fried zucchini, it was just an egg batter dip and it was really good.

WE eat at Cobb's mill for about $16 a night (not including tip) but i usually just get a hamburger and Gary gets salad. (He is always on a diet) Sometimes he gets shrimp or a pizza.

Next time I go to Copperhead, I will have to try a burger with my calamari.
