My husband had a triglyceride level of 500. He gave up all sugar, potato chips and dropped to a level of 200 in 2 months. He also lost 35 pounds and is skinnier than when he was 25! We still love candy but I buy the stuff made with splenda and we only allow ourself maybe 2 small pieces a day.

Yes, I remember when I could eat anything I wanted, as much as I wanted and I was skin and bone. Then I hit my 30's and all of a sudden i gained a lot of weight! Losing weight is so hard to do and not fun. I said when I got old, I would eat whatever I wanted cause no body cares what I look like. But I still try and watch it.

See men do lose faster than women.
I went to the PARC at Peachtree for my meetings. You really need to stay for the meetings they keep you motivated and inspired. My weekly weigh-in's are paid up to until November 14. Went last night and I had lost 1.4 pounds last week, YEA ME! Doesn't sound like much but I have a hard time losing.
However I have changed my eating habits and very rarely have half a caffeine free diet Coke, mostly flavored water and tea with Splenda. Remember I am a person who hates water and would never drink it and would down 2-3 cokes a day.
I also watch my white foods a lot better.
It's hard at first changing your eating habits, but their online support is great and you can take a dish you usually cook and put it in and it will make it into a bettere version for you.
Don't give up MAC, I will be a team supporter.
Gee I hate to be the one stopped by him in th ecompany car when he is fighting the Coke and candy bar urge

Hey MAC got some of this years Sourwood for you, it's put back waiting on you to say "Hey, bee bring me some honey".
Will bee in town on Saturday if I need to drop it off somewhere for you.
I will bee the frugal queen today, Yep that's right, frugal queen.
The guy who did the construction on lilred's bedroom is getting him a new place that has an older trailer on the site. He doesn't really have anything so in exchange for the building work he did he is getting the furniture I was getting rid of. A bedroom suite, dining room table and chairs.
YEA ME!!!!

What was the allergy honey you were selling at the Farmers Market? I over heard one conversation with a customer...... does it really work ........... or is it just honey in general that does it?

Wildflower is everything that's ij bloom in the spring, tress, bushes, flowers, plants, etc. The bee's collect pollen and nectar from those plants. All of that is in the Wildflower honey and if you take a spoonful a day if builds up a natural immunity to all the things that make you snotty.
It does work.
Now my Wildflower is from last year, because the April snows killed everything and they made honey from Mtn. Laurel which is very pretty but toxic.
It had to be local wildflower honey from where you live and from a beekeeper not from Ingles or Sue bee.

Well, I came in under budget on my electric bill, so I have $70 to add to my challenge money. My bill was only $90 and I budget $160.
