Won a bicycle at the library auction this weekend.
I had been pricing them at Wally's World and they were $165.00, got mine for $25.00.
Has a "big girl'" seat on it for me. It's retro but the gears and brakes work great. They even threw in a woven basket and a pink stuffed bunny.
It rides great!

You can ride over to visit me, but you might not be able to make it back up the hill. Congrats!

I left a $40 bid, because I knew I couldn't attend and got it for $25.00 I look really good riding it too. Nat if I rode to your house there would be 2 options; #1 You would have to walk to the top of th e hill to see me, #2 Your husband would have to load me and the bike into the back of the work truck and haul us back to the top of the hill.

LOL, I'll bet you do look good riding it. When hubby and I used to ride every night, I had a really cute butt. He called it my "hot cross buns." These mountains are just too much for me in my old age. How about I meet you at the top of the hill? We need to visit the baby Jack-Asses over at our friends house.

NAT: The jack's are cute and we have to talk about them every time we drive By.

Did some clothes shopping today. Found a really cute jacket to wear with slacks for....are you ready for this? ? $5.00. Couldn't turn that bargain down. Bought a pair of shorts for half price and Naturalizer clog style shoes for half price. Hubby found a couple of things too. Every now and then I find some good bargains at Alexander's.

Humm, maybe I should go over there. I spend so much there when there is no sale, I guess I deserve a deal. I know Maddy hates Wal-Mart but a few weeks ago we bought hubby several shirts at Alexanders and some tops for me and every one of them were made in another country. I really miss USA made clothes. They're so hard to find anywhere anymore.
