I used to be afflicted with terrible sinus infections and realized after a time that the antibiotics never really cleared up the infection entirely so it was never really gone. I finally had to have surgery to remove all the infection. The infection shows up on x-rays when it's really really bad. It's not something to play around with considering how close it is to the brain. That said, if yours is not that type, have you tried the over-the-counter saline sprays? They are not too expensive and will flush out the sinuses. I've also heard steaming your face over rosemary infused water helps. Also vicks vapor rub. Good Luck.

If you want something natural go to one of the health food stores. Me, I always go straight for the antibiotics!
