Does it have a wild taste like the deer and bear? Since it is fish and in the wild it should be really healthy shouldn't it?

Bee, can't really say "wild like deer", but the wild meat does taste a bit different than the farm raised. I've never looked up the actual nutritional values, but I would assume it would be healthier. The meat is not flaky like fish, seems more like a pork chop to me, but it does have a slightly fishy taste. When they get above the 6-7ft size, the meat is a lot tougher and the flavor is not as good.
Many people assume that the tail is the only edible part, which is wrong. There is a LOT of edible meat on a 5ft. gator!
top of neck, kind of tough, good for stews. Use like beef stew meat. Jaw, very tender, good for baking, like you would chicken breast filets Tail meat, very tender, excellent steaks, either fried or grilled neck meat, also a bit tough back strap, tender, works great for kabobs on the grill body meat, a bit darker, good for grinding leg meat, probably the toughest, a bit darker meat, best for grinding for burgers, tacos, spaghetti, ect

Yep, babe... it was really fun! We made our own waist ornaments with old jewelry so we had the jingle and flash... also had the thumb cymbals! I still have mine somewhere around here.

Did you know that belly dancing was actually a dance for women, invented by women? It was not supposed to be entertainment for men. Something about the rolling of the stomach muscles were supposed to help in the birthing process.

Well my Hyacinth at least got full bloom and smelled really good, now it is the leaning tower of freezer. The Jonquils are freezer burned but thankfully most everything else was just peeking a bit and not fully uncovered.
