Yep, I have been doing those ball cruches you were talking about, lets do 20 of them a day until Monday then we can come up with something else. You know put the ball between your feet then lift it up and grab it with your arms and so on and so forth.

If anyone goes to shake healthy ask for Andy and tell her I sent you. I don't get a discount or anything but I told her I would recommend her to friends and I would like for her to know I didn't tell a story.

Well, I am curious but you never told me how the shakes tasted. What flavors are there? What is the cost?

OK I don't want to brag but I just have to. After almost a 6 month plateau of 155, I am at 153 and maintaining.
I had dropped below 155 briefly one time but it went back up and held steady. I didn't want to post it as a definate until I was holding it.
I did really good this weekend. I survived a family cookout and 3 breakfast at home. Pushed aside my fried tenderloin, grits and 2 fried eggs and went fo rmy shake instead.
YEA ME!

Ok, for those of us that have a "sweet tooth" - my daughter found me some candy (it works with me being diabetic)
DOVE sugar free dark chocolates w/chocolate creme, mint creme and raspberry creme. They have about 40 calories per piece. The flavor is excellent, rich and creamy like you would expect DOVE chocolate to be. Perfect small treat for when you ab-SO-lutely gotta have chocolate.
CRYSTAL LIGHT Hard Candies - These are great! The taste is strong, not watered down or bitter. I think they use Splenda to sweeten with. About 5 calories per piece. Comes in cherry, orange, strawberry and raspberry. Good for dry mouth as well.

Yay Bee! Hey that's not charity, that's what friends do, we clean out our closets and pass the good stuff around to our friends to pick thru! I have a girlfriend that always sends me stuff, I just am many inches shorter, so the pants don't work, then I go thru lil2cc's stuff, cause I can wear her pants.
