Gym again, got to stay dedicated if you want it to work.
However, I overslept this morning so I only got .5 mile at 2% incline. Did get in some excellent bicep work and glutes also.
My cottage cheese dimples are slowly, slowly disappearing

My batwings are taking forever, sigh. I can't even wave bye anymore cause I start lifting off the ground in flight.
OK, hope I get this right. Maybe Maddy will help me when she signs on.
Cellulite is nothing but fat build up on the strands of your muscles. That is why they look like dimples or waves.
We all have muscles underneath there, but you have to make the fat go away to see them.
Losing weight slowly helps all of the stretched skin slowly tighten up. People who drop large amounts of weight fast look flabby because they went so fast their skin didn't have time to "draw up".
As you change your eating habits and start slowly to exercise, you work the fat off and the dimples disappear and the muscles show up.
It's harder for women then men, because of hormones and the way we are designed by God.
I tell my friends to keep a light pair of hand weights by the couch. While you are watching T.V. just do some lifting. Before you know if your biceps have gotten a work out.
Get some ankle weights and strap them on. While sitting at the computer or watching T.V. do leg lifts.
When you are in the kitchen just hold on to the counter and do some knee bends or face the counter, and hold on to it for balance and lift your leg slowly up and keeping it straigh, lift behind you and pulse.
Every little bit helps.
You don't have to go to the gym or have expensive equipment.
Spark People web site is awesome for home exercises.

I often thought jisty was Queenbee - I was never quite sure what the purpose was of jisty. I'm as country as you can get but I have a hard time reading the words. I don't think it's funny but I guess the non-country people do?

Now country don't you go believing what just anybody tells you. When the cat's away the mice will play. I see exalter never got the answer to his question from someone who talks 2 different ways on 2 different forums.

There is no need to be a hater.
Some people just aren't motivated enough or have enough self-respect to take care of their physical selves.
This topic was started by my friend Maddy. We both are women who have decided to stand up and take charge of our bodies. Everyone knows that a diary of any sort not only offers support to the person who is exercising but also to everyone else showing them as in my case " A 44 year old mom at 179 pounds took it off and is keeping it off." All of my struggles and ups and downs are posted here as well an answering questions from people. I never once condemn anyone and always offered support.
