I do like Lamar he has faced all the tuff issues, he raised taxes to build better schools, a jail, a new court house, a new drivers licensing place, also a new health department. No politician wants to make the unpopular moves he has made, democrat or republican but Lamar did it and I respect him for that, I don't like my taxes being higher but a growing community like ours has to grow with the census...result higher taxes!! Unless a better candidate comes along with a better plan this election I will vote for Lamar again!!

WHY CANT YOU UNDERSTAND?
A single commissioner form of Local Government has no separation of powers between the legislative and executive branches and is therefore illegal and unconstitutional.
Liemar has proved himself to be the dictator of this unholy, ungodly, ignorant and illegal form of local government.

Liemar’s fiasco concerning the Union County Republicans and the courthouse is indicative of his character. And “you people” fail to see anything wrong with this. You typical response, “awh it’s not that bad”

Liemar’s thinking he had veto power over who was appointed to the board of elections just shows how asinine and twisted his thinking is. The Law clearly says he only confirms that the individual appointed is actually the appointee Which prevents some one else claiming to be the person appointed! In Lie mars twisted thinking he thinks the Union County Republicans has to support some one he approves of! This reveals just how twisted and controlling his logic is. To support his logic, Liemar wrote slanderous letters about Sonny Boyer to state officials. “you people” respond awh that’s not so bad.

Liemar sit himself up an LLC to conduct what would at best be described as “shady” Union County deals. The law specifically prescribes that the Counties business; the people’s business, be conducted in an open manner. The great one’s LLC circumvents all this.

Liemar is an example of the poor state of local government in the Great state of Georgia. His actions rank right up there with the “Dukes” of Towns County.

People will treat the stupidity of the Sheriff and Deputies in Towns County as Ape, Moon and others has related to Liemars lies exposed here on this site. The Towns County offences should be RELEATED TO WITH OUTRAGE! Instead they will be picked to pieces, broken down to small bits, trivialized and made to appear as “small matters” not worthy of notice and certainly not worthy prosecution.

Convicting Liemar for his crimes of theft by conversion or theft by taking, will be almost impossible in state court. Just watch the outcome of the mess in Towns County.

In Muscogee county, a deputy SHOT AND KILLED a passenger on I-185 just north of Columbus, Ga. It was a supposed drug bust. There were no drugs. There were no guns. Not one dam thing has been done about it! Like Pat Tillman’s murder!

Because let me tell you one thing boy, “when God wants changes made, he checks first with Georgia’s Judiciary” because anything which happens in Georgia, they have the power to permit or deny. God will not do it with out their permission!

So go on Ape and I hope to hell you take Liemar with you!

Sometime, I agree with you we do have a problem in the way our government works...the only thing I disagree with it the way you are always posting the problem without bringing up a solution. If we could question the candidates and find out where they stand on issues wouldn't that make all of us happy. I hope you will join the other forum I am very impressed with your knowledge and I feel you would be an asset to the forum... just come up with some solutions that would fix the problems we have.

On your history link, It is very interesting your research is very good , I agree with your thoughts on the Catholic church and their goals by the way and I see why your so against Lamar you feel he has the same agenda for Union County the Catholic Church has for the world, feel free to jump in at any time.
