if you think about veggies have very few calories if any, homemade broth or homecanned tomato are no fat.
so basically you are getting a low cal/no cal soup
as long as they aren't cream based. that's what is so good and so hard to do without.

I stick to a low carb diet because I do not eat vegetables or fruits at all.

No, I don't. I have never eaten fruits or vegetables. I have also never been sick, knock on wood!! I have only been to the doctor twice in my life.

Maddy, I have always felt like the rum is what keeps me so healthy!! anyway, it has worked for me. wow, if I drank in the day time, I could be superwoman!! (but I won't)
