I wonder if it will make any difference today at the Dr. office with my scale vs their scale. Last time it was 3 lbs higher there. Yuck!

Take all your clotheds off and weight naked!!!!!
MAC when you go to weigh-in make sure you wear the same thing every week that you weighed in to start with.

I have a real good scale like they have in the doctor's office. It can be adjusted and is never more than 1/4 pound off. Sadly, I don't like what it says.

Quaker has out some new instant oatmeal. Simple Harvest Multigrain Hot Cereal I got the vanilla, almond and honey and it's really great. Add a couple of sprays of I Can't Bbelieve Iit's Not Bbutter and it taste heavenly. Several different grains and good sized almond slivers. All naturally flavored. Definately a keeper.

Scale was fine with me today, but I did take my earrings & necklace off!! LOL Saw the nurse I had last year & she looked amazing!! She's like a size 6 now & was probably a 20 when I saw her last. They are excited about my hike I'm doing this weekend. Oh, not many people know about that, do they??? LOL

I know, I know, I know.
No wheels, no phones, no internet, no kids, no warm beds.
Cold ground, cold feet, cooking on a fire, bears, possums, raccons, snakes looking for a warm place to snuggle.

You just call me I will come and get you. And all the way out I will say I told you so, over and over and over. Not really, I think what you are doing is great, crazy in cold weather, but great and I wish you all the best. You had better go hug up on the Mountain Crossing feller and see if you can get a good discount on some warm socks for those feet.
