"The sheriff says investigators will present their findings to prosecutors to see if any charges should be filed."
Charges against the guy or the woman defending herself? The way the law is now, they probably want to prosecute the woman for shooting the scumbag.

You could just offer the guy your broken ice maker and he go running.

Funny, funny!! I paid $300 to get it fixed, so how can it be broken?? Remind me to tell you the name of the Appliance company that I got to "fix" that and my dishwasher! (He didn't fix either of them, but did offer to sell me new ones after he took my $400!!)

Coosa, pm me with that company name. I'm wondering if its the same company that fixed my washer.

Well, paid for my permit, made my trip to the jail and they were short-handed so we went ahead and went out of town. Got back last night, because we thought we would be froze out and went back today. Got fingerprinted, but the printer wasn't working so have to go back one day next week to sign the permit. $37.50 for a 5 year permit, includes fingerprint fee.
That's ok, I got some honey orders while I was there.
It was weird because the 2 cons behind glass were watching me get printed and I could see they were talking about me, because they would say something then look at me. Guess they were wondering what I had done..
Another funny, the deputies asked if we sold it at home and I said yep, just look us up and come by and get some. They were trying to figure out where I lived, I said you know my neighbors and called their names and they all grinned and said they knew exactly where we lived.

We left Thursday morning so that we could be at the visitation for my cousin and his family who died in a house fire.
A memorial service was on Friday afternoon and we drove back so that we could be home before we got snowed out.
The bodies arrived back from the crime lab yesterday after the memorial service, so they had a private ceremony this morning.
Allan 40, Beverly 38, Colby 9.
