OK, I am motivated to start this from the SPARK page. I have also initiated a challenge at work and I am inviting ya'll to participate. Start time is when this post to exactly the same time on Friday. You have to do 100 bicycle crunches or crossovers, or whatever you call want to call them. Explanation en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bicycle_crunchBreak it down that's: 33 a day plus 1 extra; or 4 times an hour in an 8 hour period plus 1. Honor system: post your results on Friday to let us know how you did. We are starting out easy to get folks motivated. Let me know who is participating? ? I know Maddy will.

What is a bicycle crunch? I am on a saving forum and we have a $20 challenge to see how much we can save extra!(not counting paychecks) I am over $8000 for the year!

Maddy when I throw my back out I am done, so I feel ya. Have you tried the plank before, I broke my back in 3 places so it is a mess, but I can do those on a normal basis. Not during spasms though!
