OK I did ab work, but not 17 minutes of it about 10 minutes, what can I say, I am a wuss. I alternated from bicycle crunches, to reverse sit-ups and then crunch pulses. I then went to plank pose and held it then did crossovers with my knees while in plank position. Then back to the previous set of crunches. I am trying really hard, I promise.

Ok I will fess it up to you, I meant 7 minutes, but once I put 17, I knew we had to do it. I made it until 12 minutes and I had no more, but we will strive for 17 everynight. Ok enough of my confessions and on to the abs.

And I am a dork I went searching for where I mispelled the word numbers.
I will tell you a secret of mine, I like to do sit ups in bed (not my 17 min, I do 2 set of 70). WARNING, it will drive your husband crazy, Kevin tells me to stop reading books.

Alright I tried this ab killer tonight, if you have a exercise ball, lay on your back, put it between your legs, lift it up straight and grab it with your hands bring the ball almost to the ground above your head and then transfer it back to your feet. The transfer takes place where your hips are in a 90 degree angle. Never let the ball touch the ground.
