Plank pose is yoga, you can do it with either your elbows or your hands. Hands are easier. Lay on your stomach, turn your toes under to push yourself up, using the palms of your hands and outstretched arms to lift the upper part of your body. You are balanced on your hands (straight under your elbows) and your toes.
Awesome ab workout.

Maddy, I have one of those inversion tables too. I haven't used it for a year because of my high blood pressure. Those things really work well to keep your spine in alignment and it used to help me with my headaches. Thanks for the reminder. I'm going to check my BP tonight because I'd like to start using it again.
