This weeks challenge!
Sumo Squats 20 a day, 10 to each side.
Stand up straight feet, slightly apart. Take a step out to the side and squat. As far as you can, if you are just beginning then go as far as you can and don't worry, eventually you will be able to "sweep the floor". Bring feet back together and repeat for the other side.
If they feel too easy then pulse a couple of times before returning to the original position.

I did mine against a wall and I can feel it in my shoulders, shoulder blades, and flabby upper arms.

Yes, it's called the "lunchroom lady arm" exercise
Go to the doctor Schedule plastic surgery Be in pain
Other than that, it's just deal with it and smile

Betsy, once I have the weight above my head do you mean that I bend my elbos so that the weight is then behind my head? I'm so dumb about exercise!

Betsy, you are much younger that I. Once you have the lunchroom lady upper arms, you are stuck with them!!

My upper arm muscles are so big and heavy that they fell down, lol.... seriously, though... once you get to be a certain age, the skin isn't as resilient and doesn't spring back, so even if you do lose a lot of weight and tone up, you are still left with a lot of saggy skin You youngsters, take heed! Get rid of that excess weight as soon as you can!
