Yeah right Summer. I think it has all moved to my thighs and the inside of my knees.

Happy Happy
The little love handle, fat pouches, that sit right at my hip bones are gone.
My butt is slowly moving back to where it is suppose to be.

Just decided to step on the scales and it's 151. It has been a long time since I have seen that number.
My bathing suit bottoms have a little round wooden hoop on the side and I checked today and there was no flesh hanging out the middle of it.

I probably won't ever get into a suit again.

Well I had the PT design me a workout. In 1 hour we only managed the lower body YIKES!!!! I go back on Thursday for upper body.
The good thing is she said, because I had been running that it wouldn't take long for me to see results, in a short period of time.
The bad thing is the dreaded "L" word. YEP! Lunges, yuck, I hate lunges. I also have to do squats, YEP! squats. Short, round people don't do well with squats and lunges, we tend to fall over. I say we, I am grouping the short, round people into a group, so I don't look so bad.
By the time school starts back I can get in short, quick workouts and break it down into upper and lower body each day of the week.
Used orange sugar-free gelatin in my vanilla shake mix this morning and it taste like Creamsicle.
Did I mention I am suppose to try and do 150 crunches a day in sets, with crossovers, 10 for each leg and work my way up. The encouraging word she used for me was "smokin", that is what I will be looking like at the end of the summer.
I am figuring more of a burn out, but we will see.
Wish me Luck!

Don't worry about your men, lock up the fridge, cause I will be looking for food. I have to stay healthy because we don't have health insurance. Plus I am getting older and have to take care of myself, I want to be as active as Coosa is at her age. After doing my genealogy line, I found out, other than Alzheimer's (on my maternal side) we lived a long healthy life if we didn't get shot, stabbed or drink ourselves to death. No heart problems, cholesterol or any other major medical issues. We do have arthritis issues and weight issues, but I can manage those. I don't drink or smoke and try to eat healthy. Some slight Cancer issues, but I have my own opinion about that. I will probably get run over by a car riding the bike.

Does anyone here ever take Alli??
If genetics has anything with how long you live, you all better be nice to me. I have outlived every blood relative I have ever had, grandparents, parents, aunts , uncles, cousins. And I have outlived most of them for about 30 years!!

Alli is OK as long as you stay near a restroom. It's just moves the fat's through your system faster.

YEP!
I get fried food cravings and can nibble, but because I have changed my eating habits, if I indulge, I get really sick to my stomach now. Good way to stay healthy eating.

I know that, just trying to encourage her to eat healthier. Maybe get her burgers grilled instead of fried.

Take a multivitamin also. I wasn't taking those and when I started I could tell a difference in my energy level.
I like the Centrum, they have everything you need.
