OMG! Did upper body training with PT and now I can't lift my arms. I have shaky arms.
We are doing back and something else on Tuesday, then I am own my own to follow through on the program.
Oh well! It's my own fault for not maintaining over the years instead of couch potatoing.
Had my shake with vanilla and frozen banana slices this a.m. and it is goood. Got my soy milk in and with my workout feeling healthy.

Since Bee is getting so buff, I will have to put the girls on display to detract from my out of shape bod while I'm up there in the Queen's presence!

Went to the gym, did my mile, did my lower body workout.
Even did the hated squats and lunges.
I can still feel it and I know what got worked. It's a good feeling.

Back at it this morning, 1 mile on the treadmill then lower body workout.
AARRGG! out of soy milk and had to use 2% in my shake. It's OK but I like my soy milk, it's great for all those old woman issues.

Got my soy milk at lunch. Along with my sf & ff jello pudding. Went by the new Shake Healthy at Murphy and loaded up on tea and a shake.
Back to the gym in the morning for my mile and upper body workout. Look out Arnold (not!) I by-passed the crunches today will catch them at home tonight. But I did the lunges and the squats along with the others.
Finally got around to checking into my SPARK page and adding up some points.

OK, back on schedule with soy and shake and tea.
To the gym for my mile. Did upper arm today and now I can't lift them. Chest and shoulders. Worked triceps and biceps and bat wings.
Also did some quick lower body cause it's in worse shape than the upper. Inner thigh, outer thigh, outer thigh pigeon toe, squats.

Gym this morning, especially after seeing my BIL yesterday. Treadmill upper body, lower body, the whole 9 yards.
Soy milkshake with mix, banana's and vanilla sf/ff pudding, and vitamins.

I GOT MY GAME ON!!!!!!!
Set the incline on the treadmill to 2 and walked a mile in 17 minutes. Didn't have to run this morning cause of the incline and it's just to warm me up for the workout.
Did some upper body arms, lower body (needs most work) and abs. I have to start working those abs more. Lunges and squats, well I use to hate them but now "they ain't no thang"

Well I ran/walked my mile on #2 incline, that is a 10% uphill grade for you newbies.
Put my playlist on and got my workout done to some Janis and a few other wild women. Put my best effort into the song b i t c h, got a great beat for working out. I love that song, talking about the many moods of a woman.
Did upper body and some lower body. Had to add extra reps cause he weights are getting easier. By the end of the month I will be upping the amount of weigh I lift.
Saw a friend I hadn't seen in awhile and she complimented me and asked how long I had been working out. I told her with weights about a month. I still look into the mirror and see short and dumpy with big thighs and butt. So the compliment made me feel good.
Now my friends compliment but they feel they are required to say it, seeing as to how I am a control freak with my batman decoder ring and underground network.
Going to buy me a Wonder Woman outfit.
NOT!
